Product Reviews
Tires did very well on ice and wet roads but were not as good in deeper snow such as unplowed roads as compared to a more traditional style snow tire with the big, deep grooves.
These tires made the car feel unstoppable in winter! I sometimes went out of my way to see what they could handle in some unploughed roads in Collingwood. Highly recommend these tires for the money spent.
Great set of tires. This is the tire I will go with every year. Thank you!
2nd set of these tires. They are great tires for the snow in Michigan. I put them on my wife's car and she feels safe driving. I would buy them again.
These tires are great. I recommend them often and my family uses Blizzaks on all of our winter drivers.
I love these tires - they turn our Odyssey into a Jeep during the winter. Safe, pretty quiet, and better handling than most dedicated snows. I recommend the Blizzak to everyone I know.
These WS - 70 Blizzaks are all around awesome tires. The car feels like it is attached to the road. Ice and snow grip is tremendous. My family feels much safer in the winter driving conditions with these tires mounted. I would absolutely buy another set of these tires. They are well worth the investment.
Best tire ever for winter driving. These tires have lowered my blood pressure significantly. I drive 150 mi + per day and these tires are wearing extremely well. Never been so sure footed on slick icy roads!
Compared to last year when I kept my all-seasons, these tires are an amazing difference. Cornering stability in slush and snow, great highway performance, even with danger of black ice. I feel so much safer with these tires. I am able to negotiate corners, hills, any sort of obstacle you'd encounter in your daily driving - snow or otherwise.
No problems, good ice traction. Would buy again.
Wow. These are awesome in severe conditions. I have tried to get out of control on solid ice and deep snow and it is nearly impossible. This is particularly impressive on a high-powered car with no traction control.
I had a set of the WS60s on my previous vehicle and I loved them so much I bought a new set for my current car (WS70s this time). I have absolutely no complaints about this tire. It does exactly what it is supposed to do, and it does it well, without sacrificing normal weather usability. We had a light winter this year so I didn't have to drive in a whole lot of ice or snow, but I had firm confidence when I did need to. If I ever need another set of snow tires, there is only one place I'll look!
Blizzak's are fantastic tires. I highly recommend them. I"m always sad when the snow leaves and I have to put the OEM summer tires back on. These winter tires handle so much better than the OEM all seasons. The Blizzaks stick like glue in all conditions including slush, snow, and ice. I will definitely be buying more.
This was my first set of winter tires and man they blew me away. Its like night and day compared to all-season tires. I only had them mounted for 1-2 months due to lack of snow, but boy the snow we did get i was plowing right through. They turned my FWD car into an AWD. I would highly recommend these tires to anyone.
I've had Blizzaks on several cars now and it still amazes me how much more traction they have in winter than standard all weather tires. Last winter I had to drive in intermittent blizzard conditions. I had cars all around me slide off the road with traction problems but I was steady as a rock. In my opinion if they save one winter incident, snow tires are worth the added expense and trouble for us. Incidentally I purchased another set of Blizzaks this year for a new vehicle.
